Venti KLE Plus VSD compressors combine premium efficiency motors with a 1:1 direct-drive transmission, allowing the motor and airend to operate at the same speed for maximum efficiency and minimal transmission losses. Intelligent inverter control continuously monitors air demand and adjusts compressor speed in real time. A compact integrated airend, oversized air-oil coolers and a high-efficiency cooling system deliver reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Each compressor features an intuitive touchscreen controller with real-time operating data, maintenance reminders and diagnostic information. Remote connectivity is also available, allowing operators to monitor compressor performance from a computer or mobile device. Selected models include an integrated aftercooler condensate separator. Optional heat recovery systems capture waste heat generated during compression and redirect it elsewhere in your facility, helping improve overall energy efficiency.
