Venti DCT Heavy Industrial compressors deliver reliable, compressed air for heavy industrial applications where performance is critical to daily operations. These single-stage rotary screw compressors are built for continuous use and produce high airflow with a long service life. They support manufacturing, mining, processing, oil and gas, and other demanding industries. Choose from fixed speed or Variable Speed Drive (VSD) models ranging from 75 to 315 kW to suit either consistent or changing compressed air demand.

A 1:1 direct-drive transmission transfers power efficiently from the motor to the airend, reducing transmission losses and improving overall efficiency. The optimised rotor profile and low-speed operation reduce mechanical wear and help extend bearing life. Premium IE3 motors power the fixed speed models, while VSD models automatically adjust motor speed to match changing air demand. This reduces energy consumption and lowers operating costs.

Advanced cooling systems, intelligent electronic controls and remote monitoring keep the DCT Series operating reliably in demanding industrial environments. The compressors maintain consistent performance in ambient temperatures of up to 50°C. Optional heat recovery systems capture waste heat from the compression process and redirect it elsewhere in your facility, helping improve overall energy efficiency.
