Venti DCT 2S Heavy Industrial Two-Stage Rotary Screw Air Compressors
Venti DCT Heavy Industrial Compressors are designed for heavy industrial operations where compressed air demand is high and efficiency is a priority. These two-stage rotary screw compressors deliver higher airflow, lower energy consumption and reliable performance for continuous operation. They are well suited to mining, manufacturing, processing, oil and gas, power generation, and other industries where compressed air is critical to daily production. The range is available in fixed speed and Variable Speed Drive (VSD) configurations from 55 to 355 kW, making it suitable for both constant and fluctuating air demand.
Unlike a single-stage compressor, the DCT 2S Series compresses air in two stages. This improves compression efficiency and increases airflow. It also reduces the energy needed to produce compressed air. Lower operating temperatures between the compression stages improve airend efficiency and help extend bearing life. Fixed speed models use premium IE3 motors. VSD models automatically adjust motor speed to match changing air demand, helping reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
The DCT 2S Series is built for demanding industrial environments. Direct-drive technology transfers power efficiently to the airend. Advanced cooling systems maintain reliable operation in ambient temperatures of up to 50°C. The KTronic 1000 controller provides real-time performance data, maintenance information and remote connectivity. Optional heat recovery systems can also capture waste heat. This energy can then be reused elsewhere in your facility to improve overall efficiency.
As an authorised Venti supplier, Nessco Pressure Systems can help you select the right heavy industrial compressor for your application, air demand and operating environment. We also provide installation, servicing and ongoing support to help maximise compressor performance, reliability and equipment life.
